Introduction
“What are you doing in there, Georgie?”
Aperitif served with Parmesan Cornets + Chèvre + Caviar

An Eight-Course Tasting Menu After Peter Greenaway
Our theme is the brutal and stunning 1989 Peter Greenaway film of the same name. A prix fixe eight-course tasting menu served within a dining space dramatically staged to mimic the elegance (and horror) of the titular cook’s restaurant, Le Hollandais, all while Michael Nyman’s haunting score sets the mood. We encourage all guests to watch the film and come dressed in an elaborate ensemble inspired by legendary costumer and designer Jean-Paul Gaultier.
This supper has already taken place. The menu is kept here as part of the archive.
